As intimidating as the GRE can seem, with time and work almost anyone can earn a respectable if not excellent score. The math, while difficult, is learnable; the verbal section is mostly about vocabulary retention and active reading and the essays are mostly about planning and the ability to parse other people's arguments. Taken all together, the task of preparing for the GRE may seem insurmountable, but working one step at a time with a Praxis tutor excellent scores are achievable.
Quick tip: If you haven't taken a math class in a while, start studying early.
